Information on this site

We describe the unit, our services and our offers for venues and brands as accurately as we can, but details such as specifications, fragrances and availability can change. Nothing on this website is an offer that forms a contract.

Placements for venues and brands, including the founding venue offer and the 30-day trial, are subject to a separate written agreement with us. That agreement sets out the terms that apply.

Images and brands

Some photographs of venues on this site are stock images used to illustrate the kinds of places our units are made for. They don't show venues where Smell Descent is installed.

Fragrance names, brands and bottle designs belong to their owners. Showing them doesn't mean they endorse Smell Descent. If you own content shown here and would like it changed or removed, contact us.

Using this site fairly

Please don't try to break, overload or copy this website or its content, or use it for anything unlawful. The Smell Descent name, logo, text and photographs of our unit belong to us.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, including the Smell Descent app. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't run.

Our responsibility

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
